From meat mixtures, through cheese, spinach, potatoes or beans. We prepare the dough for bread pancakes by hand. Because that's the only way to get our energy and enthusiasm into Khachapuri. Khachapuri are traditionally eaten hot, but they are also excellent as cold. If you want to try cold khachapuri, we personally recommend the variant with bean filling. You will see that you will enjoy the second day after purchase. If this pancake gets cold, you can heat it in a hot oven or in a pan with a little butter. However, avoid heating in the microwave oven, as this will spoil their taste.
