Dumpling

Khinkali is another of the traditional Georgian dishes. These are small dumplings in the shape of small bags, which can be stuffed with meat mixture, mushrooms or spinach. We use only fresh and quality raw materials from Czech farmers for our fillings. Chinkali is ideally always eaten warm. If they get cold, you can fry them in a pan in warm oil. If you want to indulge in chinkali as in Georgia, then place these dumplings in the middle of the table. Each of those present will then pick up on their own plate. But when eating, forget about cutlery, Georgian Khinkali are traditionally eaten only by hand. But beware of the broth that can flow out of these meat dumplings. It is safer when you make a small hole in the dough, drink the broth and then eat the rest.
