DESSERTS in the soup room

All our soups are gluten and lactose free and the meatless soups are vegan. We think of our clients and their allergies and lifestyle. Let's go with the times :-)

The soup factory has been operating since 2013. This concept was created by Mrs. Manana Toidze, who comes from the capital Tbilisi in Georgia. Although she loved cooking from a young age, she decided to graduate from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering. According to her, cooking is chemistry :-)

The soup farm is a family business and is based mainly on daily fresh ingredients and herbs.

Our popularity was noticed by ČT2 television and the gourmet magazine Apetit, to which we revealed a few of our secrets.
