Lovers of grilled meat will certainly appreciate this Georgian specialist named Mtsvadi. These are pork shashliks, which we carefully grill on charcoal. Mrs. Mančo first marinates the meat thoroughly in a balanced combination of spices and fresh herbs and then roasts them on flat needles. We serve shashliks, including tkemali, which is a traditional Georgian sauce with a sweet and sour taste, which we prepare from pins.
